Many are aware James was an all-state wide receiver in high school. Mark Murphy, a Packers Hall of Fame member who coached James at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, once compared him to Jerry Rice.
But Durant — all 6-10 of him — is no slouch on the gridiron, either. Proof lies in his Randy Moss-like touchdown catch in the video above.
According to Cleveland.com, James’ flag football team that day was made up of his friends from northeast Ohio. Durant’s team was made up of his friends from Texas, where he played in college for one year.
Team Bron took a 70-63 victory.
