Torres was knocked out cold after an awkward aerial challenge during Atletico’s 1-1 draw with Deportivo.
After a lengthy delay, the 32-year-old was removed from the field on a stretcher and taken to hospital, with Atletico later announcing that a scan appeared to show no permanent damage.
And the Madrid rivalry went out of the window as Ramos sent a tweet to Torres, his former Spain team-mate, that read: “Strength my friend!”
Morata also chimed in with support, tweeting: “Sometimes the colours don’t matter! I hope you will be training and playing as soon as possible!”
